This Product Policy applies to all products sold through DCAdira.com, at in-person events promoted on the website, and via any direct sales channels operated by Catfishin’ Muslimah DC Adira LLC, doing business as Catfishin’ Muslimah™ and Allure by Catfishin’ Muslimah™.

- Commitment to accuracy: Product names, specifications, dimensions, materials, and images on DCAdira.com are provided to help customers make informed purchases.
- Reasonable variance: Minor color, finish, or measurement variations may occur between product photos and the actual item due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing tolerances.
- Custom items: Custom-built rods, rigs, and bespoke Allure™ products are made to order and will match the confirmed specifications provided at purchase. Lead times for custom items are stated on the specific product page and/or before checkout and may vary by complexity and material availability.
Pricing and Availability
- Pricing: All prices displayed on DCAdira.com are shown in USD and include the price of the item only. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
- Errors and changes: If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price and issue a full refund.
- Stock: Product availability is updated regularly; items may become unavailable between order placement and fulfillment. If an item is out of stock after purchase, the customer will be notified and offered an estimated restock date, substitution, or full refund.
Ordering, Payment, and Confirmation
- Order acceptance: An order is accepted when payment is authorized and the customer receives an order confirmation email. Order confirmations do not guarantee immediate shipment.
- Payment methods: DCAdira.com accepts major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment information is processed securely through the site’s payment providers.
- Sales tax: Applicable sales tax will be added based on the customer’s shipping address and the company’s DC nexus requirements.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping options: Multiple shipping speeds may be offered at checkout. Carrier and delivery estimates are provided but are not guaranteed.
- Domestic and local pickup: Local pickup at events or designated locations may be available as displayed on the website. Shipping costs may be adjusted for local pickups.
- Delivery issues: Customers must report missing or damaged shipments within 2 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date to be eligible for assistance.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Non-custom items: Eligible for return within 10 days of delivery if unused, unopened in original condition, and with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Custom-built items: Custom rods, rigs, and bespoke Allure™ pieces are final sale unless defective or damaged on arrival. If a custom item has manufacturing defects, contact support within 10 days of delivery for resolution.
- Defective or damaged goods: We will replace or repair defective items confirmed by our team. Customers should provide photos and order details when contacting support.
- All return requests should be submitted in writing to Info@DCAdira.com along with proof of purchase (to include date of purchase), return explanation, and pictures and/or video documenting the product’s current condition. The return address will be provided to the customer directly.
- Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Warranty and Safety
- Limited warranty: Products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the period specified on the product page or included documentation. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
- Improper use: Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, customer’s failure to properly maintain product, modification, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
- Safety guidance: Customers are responsible for following all local fishing regulations, safe handling, and proper maintenance instructions provided with the product.

- Brand assets: All logos, product names, images, copy, and designs on DCAdira.com are the intellectual property of Catfishin’ Muslimah DC Adira LLC and its DBAs Catfishin’ Muslimah™ and Allure by Catfishin’ Muslimah™ unless otherwise noted.
