  Scope of Protection
  
• These marks include the names themselves, any stylizations, logos, wordmarks, taglines, color schemes, design elements, domain uses, and any confusingly similar variations.
• Use of these marks in any color, orientation, or format without express written permission is prohibited.
• Use that is likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or origin from our company is prohibited.
  
  Prohibited Uses
  
• Reproducing, selling, advertising, or distributing products using any of these marks without a written license is prohibited.
• Creating domain names, social media handles, listings, packaging, or marketing that incorporate or mimic these marks is prohibited.
• Altering, recoloring, or adapting our logos, marks, or brand elements for your own use is prohibited.
• Registering, attempting to register, or applying to register any of these marks, confusingly similar marks, or domain names containing them is prohibited.
  
  Permitted Uses With Authorization
  
• Resale of genuine products purchased from us is permitted provided product listings and marketing clearly identify our marks as our property, do not imply affiliation, and comply with any reseller agreement.
• Use of our marks in editorial, news reporting, or factual references is permitted only where not misleading and only if our marks are attributed to Catfishin’ Muslimah DC Adira LLC.
• Any other use requires prior written permission or a licensing agreement signed by an authorized representative.
  
  Reporting and Enforcement
  
• Report suspected misuse, infringement, or unauthorized registration by contacting Info@DCAdira.com or (202) 751-0343 with: mark at issue; URL or sample of misuse; date discovered; contact information for the reporter.
• We will pursue available remedies, including cease and desist communications, takedown requests, administrative domain or trademark proceedings, and civil litigation when appropriate.
• We will request immediate removal of infringing listings and may seek damages and injunctive relief.
  
  Takedown and Licensing Requests
  
• Submit licensing, partnership, or authorized use requests to Info@DCAdira.com. Provide intended use, duration, geographic scope, and sample artwork or mockups.
• Submit takedown notices or evidence of infringement to Info@DCAdira.com with the same contact information used for reporting misuse.
  
  Record and Reservation of Rights
  
• All rights in these marks are expressly reserved by Catfishin’ Muslimah DC Adira LLC. Use of the TM symbol indicates common law trademark rights even where formal federal registration has not yet occurred.
